I bought this candle thinking I was going to get a pint for $26.00 and I got half pint. I know I could of taken advantage of coupons and deals and promos but I bought it thinking it was the same size as my pint Rainier candle and it wasn't. Very disappointed. Bought from you before and I could of signed in to the website but didn't. Actually just chose not too and I still feel threatened that I didn't get what I wanted. I was actually looking for the Rocky Mountain pint candle and couldn't find that and the wood wicks that we got aren't burning right and the ones I bought don't have any smell too them. Probably won't buy from you again.

On each candle's webpage, there are dropdown menus you can use to choose the size you want, as well as the wick type (wood vs. cotton).
Regarding the wood wicks and fragrance, we do extensive testing and quality assurance to make sure our candles burn properly and deliver the high-quality scents our customers love. If you’re experiencing issues with the wick or scent throw, it could be due to factors like the burn environment or wick trimming. We would also recommend using the search bar (click the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner) if you can't find what you're looking for.
