Our incense cones are hand-dipped and are housed in a sturdy aluminum tin; the lid can be used as a burning surface. Each cone will burn for 20-30 minutes with a scent longevity of 2-4 hours.

The formula and color has changed. It no longer smells the same. Unless I got a bad batch.
Ellie, thank you for your feedback on our Joshua Tree Incense. We’re sorry to hear that the color and scent weren't what you expected this time around! A couple of years ago, we did make some changes to the formula to improve quality, but nothing should have changed recently. There’s a chance the batch you purchased was from an earlier release, as some retailers may have older stock, which could result in subtle differences.
If you don’t mind sharing, could you let us know when you first purchased it versus this time? This will help us understand if it could be a variance in batches or a result of our updated formula.
