Our incense cones are hand-dipped and are housed in a sturdy aluminum tin; the lid can be used as a burning surface. Each cone will burn for 20-30 minutes with a scent longevity of 2-4 hours.

Each tin contains 25 incense cones.
I reached out directly to G&W Supply and never heard back. I ordered 3 tins of incense cones in the most recent sale (North Cascades, Rainier, Everglades). These incense cones were my very first introduction to Good & Well, and I this is my 3rd time re-ordering. However, these 3 tins are completely different than the last 2 orders of incense cones. They take a long time to light, and once lit, they just smell like….smoke, I guess. With previous cones, you can clearly smell the scent notes and with these, you can’t. I reached out to ask if this will be the new formula moving forward because I don’t think I will purchase more, if so.

Please know that we haven’t made any changes to the process, ingredients or formulas for our incense cones. Each product is carefully quality-checked before it leaves our hands to ensure it meets our high standards. While we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on used products, we genuinely value your feedback and will review again to ensure every batch reflects the experience you’ve come to love. Please also note different incense burners and changes in humidity or air currents in your space can cause cones to burn differently, so we'd suggest looking into that! If you still love our scents but the incense just isn't working for you, we also now offer National Park Reed Diffusers, a long-lasting, flame- and smoke-free way to bring the outdoors into your home. :)
